Pero Lupevski
TAV Tunisia - Terminal Operations and Ground Handling Manager

Airport Professional with 29 years’ experience of Airport Operations. In 1994. joined TAV Macedonia as Ground Support Equipment Operator and evolved in several responsibility positions such as Security Responsible, Ramp Handling Supervisor, Load Planner and Flight Operations Shift Leader to be promoted as Airport Operations Duty Manager from 2011 to 2019 and then as Airside Manager in 2019 since which date, he was responsible for Skopje International Airport Airside operations, safety, and optimization.
2022 joined TAV Tunisia as an Airport Terminal Operations and Ground Handling Manager in Enfidha Hammamet Airport.

Mr. Pero Lupevski has a master’s degree in strategic communications and has attended, throughout his career, several TAV Academy, ACI and CAA trainings, mainly, in the fields of aeronautical investigations, airport safety and customer satisfaction.

TAV Macenodia - IT Coordinator for Macedonia, Tunisia, Georgia

An IT professional with over 26 years of hands-on experience. Started the career in 1994 in Oil Trade Industry as a Project Manager. Joined Aviation in 2007 and took on the role of IT Director at JSC Airports of Macedonia. Spearheaded the creation of the IT Department and ran the full project management and coordination of different processes and activities to enable the transition into TAV M. In 2010 took on the role of IT Manager in TAV Macedonia and controlled and supervised the implementation of all aviation systems, business apps, as well as all necessary infrastructure systems in the newly built terminal building. In 2012 became the responsible manager of TAV Technologies subsidiary Macedonia. Took part in large projects of strategic significance for the Holding in Saudi Arabia (2013), Zagreb International Airport (2014-2015), Bahrain International Airport (2016). Was promoted to Macedonia IT and Europe Projects Coordinator in 2015. The complexity of the IT Director role was further encumbered in 2019 with the addition of TAV Tunisian and Georgian Airports to the stack of responsibilities. The aim is to always remain in line with the state of affairs in the sphere of IT and to deliver the latest services to the customers and therefore ensure the competitive advantage of the Holding and further digitization in the respective 6 airports
Holds a Bachelor’s degree of Electrical and Computer Engineering (1993) and Master’s degree in Project Management from the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering (2011) as well as an ITIL foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and is a certified SCRUM Master.
